Grant Miller is a senior member of Ray White specialising in selling and leasing of industrial and commercial real-estate. Grant has 18 years of experience with a diverse range of transactions including investment properties, vacant commercial and industrial buildings, large scale residential / commercial development land sites and general residential sales. 

Prior to commencement of his real-estate career, Grant owned his own business with involvement with the Motor Trade Association as a life member chairing regulatory committee’s at a national level. Grant business included automotive repair and parts importation, oil installation site work, and general engineering. This diverse range of experience from Government automotive standards negation’s , political lobbying , corporate oil company contracts and dealing with the general public   has given Grant the ability to deal with all parts of society confidently to achieve the desired results .   

Grant is a member of the Waitamata Rugby Club being a past senior player, winning Auckland champion coach and committee member devoted to putting time and effort back into the community. Grant and his Wife are also keen boaters with the great play ground of the Haruki Gulf close by.

His knowledge and experience gained in negotiating various sale and leasing transactions in both buoyant and difficult markets has seen Grant become an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to long term repeat clients.
